  • At The Pop Parlour, we create elevated balloon designs that are professionally styled and delivered directly to your doorstep. Our services focus on luxury balloon bouquets and statement balloons designed for birthdays, milestones, new homes, corporate gifting, real estate closings, and thoughtful surprises “just because.” Each order is custom-styled with premium balloons, curated color palettes, and refined finishing details, then hand-delivered within our service area to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

  • Simply select the balloon bouquet or statement balloon that best fits your occasion, choose any personalization options, and place your order online. After checkout, we handle all design, styling, and delivery details, ensuring your balloons arrive beautifully presented at your door on your selected delivery date.

  • At The Pop Parlour, we focus on quality, intention, and presentation at every step. Each design is custom-styled using premium balloons, thoughtfully curated color palettes, and refined finishing details for a polished, elevated look. We are a delivery-based studio, allowing us to concentrate on craftsmanship and seamless service — from design to hand delivery — so every arrangement arrives looking beautiful, intentional, and ready to enjoy.

  • For all inquiries, please reach out to us via email using our contact form or directly. This allows us to carefully review your request and respond thoughtfully with the details you need. We do our best to reply within 24–48 hours.

  • Each collection has a starting price, with optional add-ons such as personalization or specialty finishes. All bouquets include professional styling and local delivery. You’ll always see the full price before placing your order.

    Standalone statement balloons include a delivery fee.
    Delivery is included when a statement balloon is ordered with a bouquet.

    From ordering to delivery, everything is handled for you. You choose your bouquet, add any personalization or upgrades, and we take care of the rest — designing, styling, and delivering a beautiful balloon arrangement straight to their door.   • Balloon gifting offers a longer-lasting, more customizable way to celebrate. Unlike flowers, our balloon designs don’t wilt, require water, or need immediate care — they’re designed to arrive ready to enjoy and last for days, often weeks. Each Pop Parlour design is custom-styled, thoughtfully finished, and hand-delivered, making it both a visual statement and a memorable experience.   • We are a delivery-based studio and do not offer in-person pickup. Delivery is available within our service area and is scheduled within a designated delivery window.

    Currently serving the St.George, UT, Mesquite, UT area, and bi-monthly the Salt Lake City, UT area.

    Delivery times vary— Monday-Thursday 5:00PM-8:00PM and Friday-Sunday 8:00AM-2:00PM.

    SLC times and dates will vary.

  • We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance. Limited last-minute availability may be offered based on our schedule, but is not guaranteed.

  • Absolutely! The Pop Statement option is an add-on product that can be added to any arrangement.

  • Someone does not need to be home at the time of delivery; however, a safe and accessible drop-off location must be provided.

  • Balloon float time and appearance may vary depending on environment and handling. While we use premium materials to maximize longevity, we cannot guarantee exact lifespan.

  • Extreme heat, cold, wind, or direct sunlight may affect balloon longevity. Once delivered, The Pop Parlour is not responsible for damage caused by weather or outdoor conditions.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

  • Yes! Any fully custom orders— please fill out the contact us form and we will be in touch within 48 hours.

  • By placing an order, you agree that The Pop Parlour may photograph your arrangement for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client names and personal details are never shared.

  • Due to the custom nature of our designs, refunds and returns are not offered. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we may review and address the concern.
